Our award winning old fashioned caramel made in small batches in our own copper kettle then slabbed on a marble table and hand cut. Then they are enrobed in luxurious Swiss Maracaibo Criolait milk (38%) chocolate originating from Venezuela. Swiss milk chocolate is known for its caramel-y flavor and together with old fashioned caramel it is a real treat. Then they are kissed with Hawaiian white sea salt. Yum!
